Who we are
This website (marbleshop.gr) is operated by ΜΑΡΜΑΡΑ ΜΕΡΤΙΚΑ ΕΠΕ (Mertika Marble LTD), V. Moira, Mandra, Attica 19600, Greece, VAT EL 095274205. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect, and why
1. Quote requests (our contact form)
When you send us a quote request we receive your name, email address, phone number, the material you are interested in, and your message. We use this solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote. This is processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to serve you, and afterwards for our normal business records. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
2. Website statistics (Google Analytics)
If you accept statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit, which pages they read, and where they arrive from. This is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We have limited retention of this data to 14 months. IP addresses are shortened by Google before storage, and we have not enabled advertising personalisation on this data.
3. Advertising (not currently active)
We plan to advertise on Google in future. If and when that starts, and only if you accept marketing cookies, Google may set cookies to measure whether an advert led to an enquiry. No advertising cookies are set on this site today.

The first two are necessary for the site to work and to respect your own choice, so they are set regardless. Everything else waits for your consent.

Who else sees your data
- Google Ireland Ltd — Analytics, and in future Google Ads. Google acts as our processor for Analytics.
- Our hosting provider (Papaki) — stores the website and the email sent by the contact form. Servers are located in Greece.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to: give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. You can also withdraw consent for cookies at any time without affecting anything that happened before.
Write to info@marbleshop.gr and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date below. Material changes will reset the cookie banner so you can choose again.
